Lately, Brae has such an incredible
interest in Cars...
so much that we, well, I got
him a set. I try to justify my reasoning,
but can't find a good answer...
other than he's expanding his attention span
while he plays with them

Choo Choo Train

Grandma send me a train with tiles
as the tracks.

So excited with the little train that we
forgot to turn the power off...
it ran all night long on the carpet
so the little motor burned....

A great snack

Brae is now really enjoying bread.
He didn't used to like it, but now
he has a slice even with beans
yes, refried beans...
this kid can eat anything!

Annapolis

Today we went to Annapolis. It was great!
It was only about an hour and got to spend most of the day
just exploring the area.
We are so glad to just leave the house
w/o thinking, planning & packing Brae's lunch
He's able to eat BK and loves it!

After having lunch, we went to check the mall
It was pretty cool, better than what we expected.
It had at least 2-3 indoor playgrounds
and Brae had a blast

Leesburgh

During Labor Day weekend (my birthday)
we did some serious shopping (of course). We
spent half the day in Leesburgh.
We stopped at a BK for lunch,
so happy Brae had no allergic reaction

It's just the greatest feeling...
that my boy has such a healthy appetite,
it almost makes me forget that I
run after him all day long.

Today @ the library

On Mondays, our library has this cute program
for children. They have read-alouds. We thought
Brae would be ready to listen, since he likes to read...
The reader had some in-house rules and one of them
was to take a 5 min break if we saw our child getting restless
just so we don't disturb others who are paying attention...
Well, after 30 seconds or so Brae decides he's had enough
and stands up goes all the way to the front
and you could see him looking at everybody
who at this point are looking at him just laughing
He raises his hands loving the attention...
Great! I hope this is not a sign
of being the clown in his classroom

He'll rather check the shelves

Brae & Cannon always have lots of fun!

...which all Brae wanted to do was to sit in it!
